About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our creative, technical, and logistical event operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering flawless live and recorded experiences that align with our strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary goals while collaborating closely with staff and dedicated volunteers.
Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end event production, integrating creative design, build strategies, and logistical planning.
- Oversee comprehensive audio-visual production, including expert management of video, still camera operations, and sound equipment.
- Design, set up, and manage professional lighting systems with a sharp eye for set design and fine details.
- Source, negotiate, and manage external partners, vendors, and asset inventories effectively.
- Oversee post-production workflows and ensure high-quality media outputs.
- Manage event budgets, financial resources, and project timelines efficiently.
- Possession of a First Degree in any discipline or an equivalent qualification.
- Must hold a verifiable certification in video production.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in production management.
- Expert technical knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera production workflows.
- Strong project management, financial management, and basic budgeting skills.
