We are currently seeking a skilled, responsible, and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to join our growing team in Nigeria and oversee our garment manufacturing operations from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire production process from start until garments are handed over to the Quality Control Officer.
- Ensure all garments strictly follow approved designs, precise measurements, designated materials, and production timelines.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues early to minimize delays and maintain high standards.
- Manage multiple apparel orders simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to our luxury production guidelines.
- Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and other workshop staff to foster a productive and efficient workflow.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within the garment construction or luxury fashion production industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and competing deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a deep understanding of garment construction, tailoring techniques, and fabric qualities.
