About the Role
Tyonex Nigeria Limited, a renowned leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing sector, is seeking a skilled and proactive Production Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Lagos. Established in 1997, we are committed to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products across Nigeria. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing our daily manufacturing operations, driving efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily pharmaceutical and nutraceutical production activities to meet operational targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and regulatory standards set by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
- Monitor production processes continuously to maximize product quality, minimize waste, and optimize efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and reports.
- Oversee the proper handling, maintenance, and utilization of manufacturing equipment and raw materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Control department to resolve deviations and maintain product integrity.
- Lead, train, and supervise production floor staff to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid and current practicing license issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or production.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and standard pharmaceutical production techniques.
