Key Responsibilities- Produce, edit, and master high-quality audio content, commercials, jingles, promos, and station IDs.
- Manage live broadcast operations and coordinate with on-air personalities to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Operate audio mixing consoles, recording equipment, and broadcast automation software efficiently.
- Schedule and archive daily broadcast logs, pre-recorded shows, and syndicated content.
- Ensure all broadcast materials comply with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
- Troubleshoot basic studio and technical equipment issues in real-time during live broadcasts.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Mass Communication, Audio Engineering, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience working in a radio station or commercial audio production environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar software.
- Strong technical understanding of broadcast equipment, audio processing, and signal routing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 media environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.
