About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is recruiting a skilled Production Manager on behalf of our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will oversee factory operations to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production processes, with a strong focus on minimizing waste and meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure timely and efficient output.
- Manage factory operations and ensure optimal resource utilization to reduce waste and operational costs.
- Supervise and mentor production teams, providing strong leadership and direction.
- Ensure machinery and production equipment undergo proper maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Enforce strict adherence to quality control requirements and applicable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
- Resolve operational challenges promptly and maintain accurate production reports.
- B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience, with proven supervisory skills.
- Prior experience in food processing, agricultural processing, or similar industrial environments is a strong advantage.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications is an added plus.
- Proficiency in production planning, Microsoft Office, and operational reporting tools.
- Must reside in Agbara, Ogun State, or immediate environs due to the shift schedule (Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Competitive monthly salary of ₦300,000.
