Key Responsibilities- Support the washing, sorting, preparation, and processing of raw materials on the factory floor.
- Operate drying, grinding, and packaging machinery efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with company health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet our rigorous company standards.
- Demonstrate responsibility and accountability in executing all assigned factory and warehouse tasks.
- Proven hands-on experience in a factory, production, or manufacturing environment.
