About the Role
Revent Technologies Limited, a premier technology solutions provider, is recruiting on behalf of our international client—a global digital cross-border payments service provider operating in over 10 countries. We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Product Owner to drive the delivery and continuous improvement of innovative financial products. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring our digital platforms deliver exceptional value to users across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate the comprehensive product vision, strategic roadmap, and execution priorities.
- Translate complex business and customer requirements into detailed user stories and crystal-clear acceptance criteria.
- Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, risk, and technical dependencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Risk, and Compliance teams throughout the complete product lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews, to maintain high team velocity.
- Leverage customer feedback, market analytics, and data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Ensure all digital products strictly adhere to security, regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure feature adoption, system efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownership within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated success in managing product backlogs and writing precise user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Direct experience with digital banking, cross-border payments, or financial technology products is a strong advantage.
