About the Role
Prestigious Consulting Group, a leading global staffing agency located in Lagos, is looking for a talented Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end development and launch of our innovative platform's Minimum Viable Product (MVP). In this high-impact role, you will champion product strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, execute Agile workflows, conduct vital user research, and assist with investor relations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing MVP delivery and future feature releases.
- Coordinate UI/UX designers, software developers, and key stakeholders to guarantee timely, high-quality product delivery.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor top-tier product development team members.
- Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, user interviews, and pilot testing to validate product features.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, workflows, and track development milestones.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), smooth deployments, and post-launch performance monitoring.
- Provide comprehensive weekly progress reports highlighting critical milestones, risks, blockers, and next steps.
- Support fundraising activities by contributing to pitch decks, investor updates, and live product demonstrations.
- Ensure stringent data integrity, security, and full compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience within SaaS, fintech, edtech, or tech startups.
- Demonstrated success in delivering MVPs and complex digital products within strict deadlines.
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, modern project management tools, and UI/UX best practices.
- Exceptional product documentation, analytical, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive independently while leading remote, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
