Devien Consult is seeking a high-performance Product Growth Marketer on behalf of our client to drive courier, store partner, and individual user acquisition. In this pivotal role, you will scale marketplace growth, increase delivery volumes, manage paid acquisition, and grow organic traffic and engagement. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for courier, store partner, and individual user acquisition.
- Drive marketplace growth and increase delivery volumes through effective acquisition and activation strategies.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across relevant channels.
- Design, test, and optimize end-to-end customer acquisition and conversion funnels.
- Develop and execute engaging content and social media strategies to support organic growth.
- Conduct structured A/B tests, document campaign results, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, identify performance gaps, and rapidly implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with operations to improve user and courier activation and overall delivery volumes.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for executive review.
- Proven professional experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketplace growth.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated track record working in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and optimize high-converting acquisition funnels.
- Hands-on experience running paid marketing campaigns with measurable return on investment.
- Strong content creation capabilities and a solid understanding of modern social media strategies.
- Familiarity with logistics platforms or digital marketplaces is a distinct advantage.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and independence with a willingness to learn quickly.
