About the Role
Eastern Plains Integrated Farm Limited (EPIFL), a rapidly growing agribusiness in Igbariam, Anambra State, is seeking a results-driven Procurement Supervisor to oversee purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and supervise day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
- Process and monitor purchase orders from requisition through delivery.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial contracts.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with organizational policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and monitor commodity price trends.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports and escalate supply disruptions to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Previous experience in the FMCG, Agriculture, or Manufacturing sector is required.
- Proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Relevant certification such as CIPS or CPSM is an added advantage.
- Competitive monthly net salary of NGN 400,000 – NGN 600,000.
