About the Role
Strivo Labs is seeking a responsible, educated, and experienced Private Educator & Child Development Specialist to support children's learning, personal development, and daily routines within a private household. The ideal candidate will create a structured, safe, and stimulating environment that promotes academic excellence, good manners, independence, and positive behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic support and supervise children's homework, assignments, and learning activities.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities supporting intellectual, social, and emotional development.
- Establish and maintain structured daily routines including study time, reading, and play.
- Encourage good manners, discipline, confidence, independence, and positive social behaviour.
- Monitor academic progress and organize creative, educational, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with parents to ensure consistency in learning objectives and behavioural expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and conducive learning environment while ensuring child safety.
- Provide regular progress updates and handle all information with strict confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline is preferred.
- Previous teaching or private household childcare experience is required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- High emotional intelligence, patience, and a genuine interest in child development.
- First aid or child safeguarding certification is an added advantage.
