The ideal candidate will bring extensive real estate market expertise, driving complex transactions through the full project life cycle across the real estate and hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities- Lead complex real estate and hospitality transactions through the full project life cycle, contributing to all aspects of project structuring and execution.
- Provide constructive portfolio monitoring advice, guidance, and supervision to junior project team members.
- Contribute to policy dialogue at the project and national levels in cooperation with banking country teams.
- Drive business development efforts by building reputable market contacts, generating broad deal flow, and cross-selling institutional competencies.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor junior bankers to ensure high-quality project work and professional development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in real estate financing or development gained within an investment bank, commercial bank, private equity firm, asset management firm, or financial consulting firm.
- Strong quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in financial modeling, credit analysis, and interpreting local and international accounting principles.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
