Key Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for all academic and administrative operations.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring integration of digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and core values.
- Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and support high-performing teaching and administrative staff.
- Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall welfare to maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, the board, and the wider community to enhance the school reputation.
- Manage school resources, budget allocations, and facilities effectively to support institutional growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive teaching and school leadership experience, with proven success as a Principal or Vice Principal.
- Deep understanding of modern pedagogical approaches, educational technologies, and Nigerian/international curricula.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
