Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Support pupils' holistic development encompassing academic, social, emotional, and moral growth.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, administer assessments, and maintain accurate student progress records.
- Participate actively in school activities, clubs, co-curricular programs, and extracurricular events.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and effective communication.
- Act as a mentor, positive role model, and nation-builder for all students.
- Hold a minimum of an NCE, HND, BSc, BEd, or Master's degree in a relevant educational field.
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant professional teaching experience.
- Mandatory possession of the NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching, child development, and educational excellence.
- Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-collaboration skills.
- Commitment to a minimum tenure of two years and adherence to professional notice periods.
