About the Role

Prime Montessori Nursery and Primary School (PMS) is committed to reversing falling educational standards by providing qualitative and balanced education to Nigerian children and the wider ECOWAS sub-region. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team in shaping the future of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for primary and nursery students.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages critical thinking.
  • Assess, monitor, and record student progress through regular assignments, tests, and participation.
  • Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a respectful and productive learning space.
  • Communicate proactively with parents and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral development.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to enhance school programs.
  • Organize and participate in extracurricular activities to promote holistic student development.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience in a recognized primary or nursery school.
  • Reside in or be able to reliably commute to Satellite Town, Lagos.
  • Exceptional classroom management, creativity, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced educational environment.
