Prime Montessori Nursery and Primary School (PMS) is committed to reversing falling educational standards by providing qualitative and balanced education to Nigerian children and the wider ECOWAS sub-region. We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our dynamic team in shaping the future of young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for primary and nursery students.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages critical thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress through regular assignments, tests, and participation.
- Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a respectful and productive learning space.
- Communicate proactively with parents and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to enhance school programs.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities to promote holistic student development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed) or Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable teaching experience in a recognized primary or nursery school.
- Reside in or be able to reliably commute to Satellite Town, Lagos.
- Exceptional classroom management, creativity, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
