In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the foundational years of our students by delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive classroom culture, and encouraging academic and moral excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the approved primary school curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a smooth and productive learning process.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to plan school events and extracurricular activities.
- Uphold the core values and moral standards of the institution while serving as a positive role model for learners.
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- A Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Proven prior teaching experience within a primary school setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- A genuine passion for teaching, patience, and a deep commitment to student success and holistic development.
- Must possess high moral standards and be God-fearing.
- Mandatory requirement: Interested candidates must currently reside within Awka, Anambra State.
