Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive mathematics lessons tailored to primary school students.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and personal growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to address individual learning needs.
- Design comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic student development.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), NCE, or a relevant degree in Mathematics or Education.
- Proven teaching experience within a primary school setting, specifically teaching mathematics.
- Strong passion for child education and the ability to inspire young learners.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of modern primary education methodologies and curriculum standards.
