Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in accordance with the primary school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic development.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavior, and social development, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a disciplined yet nurturing atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administrators, and parents to support student growth and school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in extracurricular activities, school events, professional development workshops, and staff meetings.
- Possess a minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience working within a primary school setting.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a supportive learning environment and cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
- Valid teaching certification and familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches will be an added advantage.
