Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate daily lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, maintaining constructive communication with parents regarding child development.
- Foster positive behavior through guidance, patience, and effective classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to organize school events, extracurricular activities, and curriculum enhancements.
- Minimum of an NCE, B.Ed, or relevant certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a preschool teacher or in a similar childcare environment.
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education with natural patience, creativity, and care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern early learning methodologies.
