Home Also Creche & Preschool is a multicultural, multi-faith, and co-educational early learning center dedicated to providing exceptional childcare and early years education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and skilled Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant team in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where young minds can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the EYFS framework and school curriculum.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and well-organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and active learning.
- Maintain positive classroom routines and guide children’s behavior using nurturing, developmentally appropriate strategies.
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development to inform future lesson planning.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to support each child’s unique progress.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with families and participate actively in staff meetings and school events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable teaching experience with children aged 2–5 years in a structured early years setting.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, classroom management, and positive behavior guidance.
- Exceptional patience, emotional intelligence, listening skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with basic computer proficiency.
- Current first aid and child safeguarding certifications are an added advantage.
