About the Role
EHA Clinics is a world-class primary healthcare service provider in Nigeria, committed to bridging the gap between patients and essential health services through innovative clinic, home, and digital solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and qualified Practice and Quality Assurance Coordinator for our REACH program, which brings quality and affordable care directly to communities. In this role, you will oversee daily administrative and clinical operations, supervise support staff, and ensure the delivery of compassionate, effective, and efficient patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and monitor adherence to medical policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Review medical KPIs and OKRs regularly to evaluate the quality and appropriateness of patient care and documentation.
- Supervise clinical team members, manage staff schedules, oversee onboarding, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Organize daily tasks, resolve complaints diplomatically, and lead periodic staff meetings.
- Conduct face-to-face medical consultations and provide remote clinical support.
- Contribute clinical advice to research projects and new business development opportunities.
- Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO) from a recognized university and compliant with the Medical and Dental Association of Nigeria.
- Completion of compulsory internship and a minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience.
- Up-to-date registration and valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
