About the Role
Jite Projekts Limited is a leading provider of piling and civil engineering services, currently expanding our operations across Nigeria. As part of this growth, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Piling Foreman to join our dynamic team. We actively welcome experienced construction professionals from Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Egypt, and other developing nations who bring robust expertise in deep foundation engineering and complex piling projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and direct daily piling crews and rig teams on active civil engineering sites.
- Manage reinforcement cage fabrication, tremie crews, and concrete placement operations.
- Oversee bentonite operations and temporary casing installation activities.
- Handle daily production planning, resource allocation, and workflow coordination.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
- Prepare accurate daily progress reports and coordinate with project engineers.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience supervising piling crews in foundation engineering.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing rotary rigs, bored piles, and driven piling techniques.
- Strong knowledge of bentonite plants, temporary casing, and tremie concrete pouring.
- Proven ability in labour supervision, team leadership, and on-site resource management.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills for effective cross-functional coordination.
