Key Responsibilities- Plan and lead engaging, dynamic Pilates mat and reformer classes for clients of diverse fitness backgrounds.
- Assess individual participant needs and provide safe modifications or progressions for exercises.
- Demonstrate proper technique, alignment, and breathing methods to prevent injuries and maximize workout efficacy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment equipped with all necessary Pilates gear.
- Track attendance, monitor participant progress, and gather feedback to continuously improve class offerings.
- Promote holistic wellness principles and collaborate with team members to support corporate wellness events.
- Possession of a recognized Pilates Instructor certification (Mat and/or Reformer).
- Proven experience teaching group or individual fitness classes in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and safe exercise practices.
- Exceptional communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit beginners as well as advanced practitioners.
