About the Role
Dragnet Solutions is looking for a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare services team in Kaduna. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare delivery. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary hospital team to provide evidence-based interventions and improve patient outcomes in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver tailored physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions for patients.
- Manage an assigned clinical caseload while maintaining high professional standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, documentation, and outcome measures.
- Apply strict patient-safety and infection-prevention standards across all treatments.
- Participate actively in departmental audits and continuous quality-improvement activities.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy, BSc Physiotherapy, BMR-PT, or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Successful completion of required national internship and NYSC, with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-registration experience in physiotherapy practice, though exceptional newly registered practitioners may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment, evidence-based intervention, and clinical record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
- Membership of the Nigeria Society of Physiotherapy and relevant specialty certifications are strong advantages.
