About the Role
Caring Habitat is a premier 40-bed, purpose-built inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation hospital located in Lagos, Nigeria. We are dedicated to optimizing patient health outcomes through the delivery of robust, individualized rehabilitation programs. We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team and help patients successfully transition from dependent to independent living.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy consultations for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
- Perform initial clinical reviews of prospective patients for admission and propose tailored physiotherapy care plans.
- Deliver engaging, high-quality daily physiotherapy sessions to inpatients and outpatients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards.
- Prepare detailed clinical reports, progress updates, and comprehensive discharge summaries.
- Generate and cascade physiotherapy reports to hospital management to support clinical and operational decision-making.
- Perform any other delegated professional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven clinical experience in physiotherapy practice.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within and around the Ajah and Lekki axis of Lagos.
