In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing, planning, and executing effective physiotherapy interventions for patients, ensuring optimal recovery and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver tailored physiotherapy and rehabilitation interventions for patients.
- Manage an assigned clinical caseload efficiently while maintaining professional standards of care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and track patient outcome measures.
- Strictly apply patient-safety protocols and infection-prevention standards at all times.
- Participate actively in clinical audits and quality-improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare colleagues.
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy / BSc Physiotherapy, BMR-PT, or an equivalent recognized qualification from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of required national internship and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Minimum of 1 year of post-registration or post-internship experience, though exceptional newly registered practitioners may be considered.
- Strong clinical competence, solid knowledge of rehabilitation practices, and evidence-based intervention skills.
