Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons in accordance with the Nigerian secondary school curriculum and international standards.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations including SSCE (WAEC/NECO) and UTME (JAMB) with a strong focus on exceptional performance and conceptual understanding.
- Assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of academic performance.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active student participation.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities as required.
- Mentor students and instill core values of academic integrity, hard work, and moral excellence.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Physics Education, or a related field (Master's degree or PGDE is an added advantage).
- Proven teaching experience in secondary school education with a solid track record of excellent student outcomes in SSCE and UTME.
- Deep knowledge of the Nigerian secondary school Physics curriculum and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
