Rainbow Educational Services Limited (RESL), a leading education management company operating prestigious K-12 institutions including Pampers Private School and Rainbow College, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will inspire students to explore the fundamental principles of the physical universe, fostering critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and academic excellence within a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive, engaging lesson plans that align with national and international curriculum requirements.
- Analyze individual student needs, strengths, and weaknesses to tailor teaching methods, assessments, and learning materials accordingly.
- Foster an interactive classroom atmosphere by asking frequent probing questions and utilizing innovative instructional techniques.
- Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations such as WAEC and IGCSE, as well as various national and international Physics-related competitions.
- Maintain effective classroom management and promote positive student discipline in line with school policies.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree in Physics or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Relevant teaching certification and a strong understanding of modern pedagogical strategies.
- Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and exceptional multitasking abilities in a fast-paced academic environment.
