Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality physics lessons in alignment with the current NERDC curriculum.
- Utilize modern, state-of-the-art laboratory facilities to conduct interactive practical experiments.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and school-wide extracurricular activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and developmental milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education (Physics), or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
- Thorough knowledge and practical understanding of the current NERDC physics curriculum.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about youth development with a vibrant, tech-savvy approach to modern pedagogy.
- Professional teaching certification (TRCN) is an added advantage.
