About the Role

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping students' scientific understanding and academic success from the secondary school level and beyond. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive Physics lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth and understanding of complex scientific concepts.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active student participation and inquiry-based learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a positive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular school activities as required by the management.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations with a focus on achieving outstanding results.
- Possession of an HND, B.Sc, or B.Ed in Physics or a related educational discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting will be an added advantage.
- Strong passion for teaching with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex physics principles and make them relatable to secondary school students.
- Sound knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and classroom technology.
