Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a focused and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student achievement and holistic growth.
- Participate in school-sponsored activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in English Language, English Education, or a closely related field.
- Proven relevant teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
