About the Role
Epheezy Model Management is a premier Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, dedicated to discovering, training, and placing aspiring creative talents. We are currently expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate, skilled Photographer to help build striking portfolios for our talent roster and bring our brand visions to life.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional photo shoots, test shoots, and portfolio updates for models and talent.
- Collaborate closely with makeup artists, stylists, and creative directors to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes.
- Manage studio and on-location lighting, equipment setup, and tear-down efficiently.
- Perform post-processing, retouching, and image editing to deliver high-resolution portfolios that meet industry standards.
- Maintain and organize digital image archives, ensuring quick turnaround times for talent submissions and agency needs.
- Proven professional photography experience with a strong portfolio showcasing portrait, fashion, or commercial work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of studio lighting, camera operations, and contemporary fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to direct models and make them feel comfortable during sessions.
- Based in Lagos Mainland or willing to commute reliably to the Lagos studio location.
