Key Responsibilities- Accurately dispense medications and verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and optimal therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide comprehensive medication counselling to patients regarding proper dosage, side effects, and administration.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including stock tracking, ordering, and proper storage of drugs and medical supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and internal safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams and healthcare professionals to support effective medication management.
- Maintain accurate records of all pharmaceutical transactions and patient interactions.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current practising licence issued by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Demonstrated experience in a hospital, retail, or clinical pharmacy setting is a strong advantage.
