Key Responsibilities- Review prescriptions, prepare, and dispense medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, patient counseling, and expert medication education on prescribed products.
- Identify, manage, and report medication-related risks, potential errors, and adverse drug reactions.
- Maintain precise drug inventory records, ensuring optimal storage, labeling, and stock control.
- Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of clinic pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Promote infection prevention, community health, and targeted disease prevention initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date pharmaceutical knowledge and strictly comply with PCN regulations, professional ethics, and company standards.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), M.Pharm, or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive post-NYSC pharmacy experience in a reputable public or private healthcare setting.
- Current registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) alongside a valid practicing license.
- Prior experience in public health or integrated health systems is considered a strong advantage.
