Key Responsibilities- Review, interpret, and process prescriptions accurately while adhering to legal and clinical standards.
- Provide comprehensive patient counselling on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence.
- Ensure full compliance with Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and maintain ethical practice standards.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, tracking expiry dates, and implementing FEFO/FIFO rotation.
- Supervise, train, and mentor pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Build lasting customer relationships, resolve inquiries professionally, and actively support ethical sales targets.
- Maintain accurate statutory documentation, patient confidentiality, and prepare regular operational reports.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
- Full registration and current active practicing license with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Demonstrated experience in community or retail pharmacy practice.
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
