As a Pharmacist at Marigold Hospital and Critical Care Centre, you will play a critical role in the medication management process. Your daily duties will include:

• Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently upon receiving valid prescriptions from authorized medical practitioners.
• Reviewing patient medication profiles to identify potential drug interactions, allergies, incompatibilities, or contraindications.
• Providing expert clinical advice and medication counseling to patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintaining strict inventory control of pharmaceutical supplies, monitoring expiration dates, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
• Complying with all relevant national regulatory standards, healthcare laws, and hospital policies regarding drug dispensing and controlled substances.
• Participating in ward rounds and collaborating with physicians and critical care nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy outcomes.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity at Marigold Hospital and Critical Care Centre, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution.
• Current practicing license and valid registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on hospital or clinical pharmacy experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient-counseling skills.
• Strong attention to detail, high ethical standards, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced tertiary care environment.
• Proficiency in hospital management software and electronic health record systems.
