About the Role
Zipline is transforming what is possible with autonomous on-demand delivery, operating the world's largest instant logistics network. We are looking for an energetic and resourceful Partnerships Coordinator to drive demand generation, supply integration, and stakeholder engagement within assigned Nigerian territories. Reporting to the Nest Lead, this role ensures our life-saving medical delivery services are actively utilized by health facilities, seamlessly integrated into regional health systems, and championed by local communities. (Ability to travel: ~40%)
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary liaison for regional health facilities, resolving operational issues quickly and championing customer feedback to enhance service utilization.
- Build and maintain robust working relationships with Regional and District Health Directors, EPI Coordinators, and local supply chain stakeholders.
- Integrate Zipline services into local health supply planning, maintain healthy buffer stocks, and expand Last Mile Delivery (LMD) opportunities.
- Plan and execute community-based events, medical campaigns, and stakeholder tours to boost Zipline's local goodwill and brand visibility.
- Represent Zipline in routine regional and district-level meetings while preparing accurate periodic reports and stakeholder databases.
- 2+ years of experience in partnerships, customer service, business development, or client-facing roles within Nigeria.
- Significant knowledge of the Nigerian healthcare system, medical supply chains, and public health agencies.
- Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate data into compelling strategies.
- Demonstrated grit, resourcefulness, and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
