We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Painting Art Instructor to join our growing team and help inspire art enthusiasts of all backgrounds in a lively environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engaging, step-by-step painting sessions for individuals, couples, and large corporate groups.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and fun atmosphere that encourages participants to express themselves freely.
- Demonstrate various painting techniques, mediums, and styles clearly to learners of diverse skill levels.
- Prepare art stations, materials, and equipment before each session and ensure proper cleanup afterward.
- Assist guests patiently throughout the workshop, offering personalized tips and positive reinforcement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring studio environment that reflects the brand's creative standards.
- Proven proficiency and practical experience in painting and various visual art forms.
- Strong public speaking and group management skills with a confident, approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic, and social creative workspace.
- Previous experience in teaching, art instruction, or customer-facing hospitality is an added advantage.
