About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian catering, hospitality, and entertainment conglomerate, is seeking a results-driven Outlet Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, optimizing service delivery, and managing staff to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of hospitality.
- Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and drive revenue growth to meet business targets.
- Supervise, train, and mentor outlet staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve feedback promptly, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
