Schubbs Dental Clinics is a premier and rapidly growing dental practice with multiple locations in Nigeria, committed to delivering world-class dental care using state-of-the-art technology. Founded in 1988, our practice has grown from a single unit to eighteen units across three locations, earning the deep loyalty of our patients through clinical excellence and compassionate service. We are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Orthodontist to join our professional team and help our patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles.
Key Responsibilities- Consult, examine, and diagnose patients of all ages, developing comprehensive and personalized treatment plans using fixed appliances, clear aligners, or other corrective approaches.
- Monitor and review treatment progress at each visit, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Manage full treatment lifecycles, including retention planning and post-treatment follow-up care.
- Educate patients thoroughly on treatment procedures, required oral hygiene practices, and proper aftercare.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and strictly adhere to internal infection control and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with restorative dentists, oral surgeons, and other multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver integrated patient care.
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Postgraduate qualification in Orthodontics from a recognized institution.
- Valid, full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) with a valid Discharge or Exemption Certificate.
- Demonstrated working knowledge and clinical experience with Invisalign and clear aligner treatments.
