As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless daily restaurant operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, and driving business growth in the heart of Imo State.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales targets, implementing strategic initiatives to boost revenue and achieve business goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all dining and food preparation areas.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain our reputation for warm hospitality.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or relevant higher national diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse staff and clientele.
