About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated Operations - Maintenance Systems Specialist I to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining operational integrity, managing maintenance systems, and streamlining procurement processes to ensure seamless facility operations and strict regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP or IPES to accurately enter, manage, and extract critical site maintenance data.
- Act as the primary liaison between Field Maintenance Units and Procurement to coordinate material ordering, inventory control, and invoice processing.
- Assist in developing contract work scopes, technical pre-qualifications, and managing post-award contract administration processes.
- Maintain effective communications with operations, maintenance, and logistics teams to support sustained asset reliability.
- Degree in a relevant engineering or administrative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience working in a maintenance systems, materials management, or contract administration role within the oil and gas or related industry.
- Strong functional expertise in SSHE management, maintenance planning, scheduling, and CMMS platforms like SAP.
- Excellent analytical, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
