About the Role
Ekondo Life is a vibrant Nigerian lifestyle, sustainability, and wellness brand dedicated to blending a deep love for indoor plants with community-focused experiences. Derived from the Efik word for community, we actively promote environmental consciousness by transforming waste materials into upcycled retail goods, artistic planters, and immersive wellness experiences. We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Operations Lead to join our growing team and help scale our daily impact and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations, workflows, and logistics across our retail and wellness touchpoints to ensure seamless business execution.
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and drive high performance through supportive leadership and clear communication.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, solve problems creatively, and implement continuous process improvements for maximum productivity.
- Prepare comprehensive regular operations reports and strategic updates for the CEO to inform business decisions.
- Maintain quality control standards across all upcycled retail goods and community-focused wellness experiences.
- Proven professional experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and capable of working as a self-starter with minimal supervision.
- Proficient and comfortable using digital task management, communication, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for sustainability, environmental consciousness, and wellness.
- Flexibility to work on weekends when required by business operations and community events.
