We deliver customized security solutions to a diverse clientele across both the private and public sectors by undertaking comprehensive risk analyses before deployment. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations & Area Manager to join our growing team in Lagos and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily security operations and personnel across assigned locations to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct regular patrols, site inspections, and rigorous security checks.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Identify potential security risks and implement effective corrective measures.
- Liaise proactively with clients and management to resolve operational concerns and maintain strong relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, patrol, and incident reports for management review.
- Ensure effective personnel deployment and adequate security coverage of all assigned locations.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in security operations, military, paramilitary, or corporate risk management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must reside within Ikeja and its immediate environs.
- Relevant professional certifications in security management will be an added advantage.
