About the Role
Dicalo Consulting Group is a premier management consulting firm specializing in business management, advisory, and execution services. We are currently recruiting a strategic, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Operations and Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operational activities across retail, e-commerce, warehousing, procurement, fulfillment, and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, cost optimization, inventory availability, and seamless inter-departmental collaboration to support our rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels across all stores, warehouses, and fulfillment centers while minimizing stockouts and discrepancies.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and competitive pricing.
- Drive operational excellence by developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and stock replenishment cycles.
- Ensure compliance with internal operational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in operations and supply chain management within FMCG, retail, e-commerce, beauty, or consumer goods sectors.
- Professional certifications such as APICS, CIPS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are a distinct advantage.
