About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our client in the fast-paced Microfinance Banking and Fintech sector. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining daily business processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional operational support to foster business growth in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency across departments.
- Process, verify, and document financial transactions with high accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive records, operational databases, and periodic management reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, internal procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform timely account reconciliation and proactive transaction monitoring.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend innovative process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and maintain seamless workflows.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in financial operations within a microfinance bank, fintech, or commercial bank.
- Deep understanding of financial transactions, audit controls, and reconciliation processes.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern office productivity tools.
