Key Responsibilities- Present engaging and well-researched radio programs covering entertainment, lifestyle, news, and human-interest topics.
- Operate studio broadcast equipment seamlessly and manage live show timing and transitions.
- Conduct compelling interviews with guests, artists, community leaders, and industry experts.
- Interact with listeners dynamically through phone calls, social media platforms, and live community events.
- Collaborate with the production and marketing teams to develop creative show concepts, segments, and sponsored content.
- Stay updated with current affairs, local news, and pop culture trends relevant to our target audience.
- Proven experience working as an On Air Personality or broadcaster in a commercial radio environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication, storytelling, and public speaking skills with a clear, engaging broadcast voice.
- Strong command of the English language; proficiency in Yoruba is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of broadcasting ethics, media laws, and regulatory standards in Nigeria.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage live broadcast schedules, and think quickly on your feet.
- A relevant degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
