BorderlessHR is a leading platform connecting businesses with top African talent, and we are currently looking for a dependable and professional Official Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for navigating the Ikoyi axis and surrounding areas efficiently, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff and company executives. Key Responsibilities- Safely transport company executives and staff to designated destinations within Ikoyi and across Lagos State.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in a clean, pristine, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Conduct routine daily checks on vehicle fluids, tires, brakes, and fuel levels before embarking on trips.
- Observe all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies meticulously.
- Plan efficient routes using knowledge of Lagos traffic patterns to avoid unnecessary delays.
- Handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical faults promptly to management.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional driving experience within Lagos State, specifically familiar with the Ikoyi and Ajah axes.
- Possession of a valid and current Nigerian Driver’s License.
- Smart, neat appearance with excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication skills.
- Must reside strictly within the Ajah axis for prompt resumption and availability.
- Defensive driving certification or previous corporate driving experience will be an added advantage.
