We are currently looking for a diligent and results-driven Finance & Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria to own the accounts receivable cycle, protect company cash flow, and maintain reliable financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate invoices for credit clients, corporate accounts, and HMOs in alignment with contracts and pricing policies.
  • Maintain customer ledgers daily, posting invoices, receipts, and adjustments while conducting monthly reconciliations.
  • Manage the accounts receivable ageing report, executing systematic follow-ups for overdue payments through calls, emails, and reminders.
  • Process and allocate received payments promptly while escalating accounts beyond credit terms to the Finance Manager.
  • Support month-end closing schedules, tax record requirements such as VAT and WHT, and internal or external audit processes.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, credit control, or general accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Professional qualification or partial progression with ICAN or ANAN is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
