About the Role
Dwellion Design was founded in 2017 with a mission to better serve our clients through personalized and stress-free design experiences, helping families and businesses express themselves via unique spaces. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to ensure our office environment remains pristine, organized, and conducive to productivity. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our physical workspace, supporting our daily operations, and contributing to a positive atmosphere for both employees and visiting clients.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the entire office environment, including floors, furniture, and restrooms.
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and surface sanitization.
- Empty all trash and recycling receptacles regularly throughout the day.
- Replenish essential restroom and kitchen supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and related products.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, ensuring all cleaning procedures are followed correctly.
- Promptly notify management regarding any facility damage, repairs, or maintenance issues.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide general support to staff members with store maintenance, basic filing, and ad-hoc workspace organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lift and move cleaning equipment, furniture, and office supplies safely.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong capacity to follow verbal and written instructions while adhering to workplace safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Prior professional experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, or a related facilities role is a strong advantage.
